Polyurethane lightweight, supple, breathable, waterproof windbreaker, waterproof windbreaker provides maximum comfort in rainy or windy conditions where high visibility is required. Windbreaker includes 360° 3M Scotchlite reflective tape on jacket body and sleeves and reflective piping around front zipper, collar and pockets to ensure conspicuity at night, dawn and dusk. Other features include an outer chest cell phone pocket plus two handy hand pockets. Hook and loop closure at cuffs and drawstring at bottom allow wearers to customize a secure fit as desired. Dark cuffs, collar and bottom hide dirt. Seams are welded and sewn for durability. ANSI Class III
