Astrospec 3000® with SCT™ Lenses

The Astrospec 3000® with Spectrum Control Technology (SCT™) lenses is a good choice for workers with specialized viewing tasks. The replaceable SCT lenses use a combination of unique dye absorbers to reduce eye-strain and radiation hazards and are available in two different styles. SCT-vermillion enhances contrast for examining metal and glass products, and is excellent for inspectors. SCT-low I/R is ideal for people working around a welding site to absorb low levels of I/R radiation. Both lenses come in a black frame and absorb more than 99.9 percent of UV radiation to 400 nm. Uvextreme® AF is standard on the Vermillion lens. The coating will help protect the lens from fogging, static, and scratching. Meets ANSI and CSA standards. Made in the USA.
