Use these bright red tags to comply with OSHA’s Lockout/Tagout Standard 29 CFR 1910.147 mandating that all energy sources are turned off and locked out during maintenance. Both tags feature a writing area on the reverse side to identify the worker who has applied the tag. Made of durable vinyl for a host of industrial environments, the tag measures 6" x 3-1/2" and features a brass grommet for added strength.
