Standing 45" tall, the flared post is made from impact-resistant polyethylene and includes two, 3" wide strips of reflective tape for increased visibility. The reflective bands are recessed in the post to protect from scratching. The sturdy base is made from 100% recycled rubber and weighs 10 lbs
